I really like the mascara, except for how difficult it is to remove. I’m concerned that I might damage, or even lose, my eyelashes. Have other users experienced the same issue that I have?

I love the mascara but removing it is a challenge. It doesn't come off with my eye makeup remover and it flakes off in small pieces when I wash my face

I am always honest if I am going to take some of my valuable time to leave a rating. I'm an old bird and have come to the near end of my time on this earth. I purchased your Timeless Brown mascara and your Timeless Black mascara. The Brown did what was advertised much to my surprise, and joy! The Black gets a rating of 1. It did what all the other mascara's do for us ladies of a certain age (71), NOT much. I would NOT purchase the Black again, but I may purchase the Brown again. Love what the Brown does for my stubby little lashes!

I love the products!! The eyeliner goes on easily and the mascara is great… but I do have a hard time getting it all off my lashes at night.

I do really love the look of this mascara. My only concern is that it is not as easy to move as advertised. UPDATE: Cellmetics responded to my concern. Turns out I need to use an oil-based remover. Voila! It comes off after sitting on my lashes 20 seconds or less. No rubbing. Just wiped my lashes downward. I'm so glad I let them know the miscellar water wasn't removing the mascara.
