I would never recommend this company to purchase any phones. They cancelled my order within 2 days of placing it. I called customer service emailed them I have not gotten any response from them. They have made me miss business calls and important calls. They lie their website still says you can order the phone I got which is a lie. I even got an email about it. NO IT IS NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE. the only reason I went to this company was because is it was in Google webpage as available. Do not purchase anything on this webpage I wish I could of read reviews sooner

I tried calling and emailing customer service no one called me or messaged back. I really needed a phone and I could of already received it but no. Would not recommend this company to buy a phone

At this start of this year, I had ordered the motorola g7 plus from this company. It was among the first five options I saw (and cheap), so of course, I gravitated towards it. However, shipping would be a pain. I waited. Finally, I got the fricken thing, only when I first open it, I see "T-mobile" written on the back and it was beige colored. I ordered mine black, and I didn't remember ordering anything t-mobile about it. It was a t-mobile revvl. According to google, it was ABOUT as good as the phone I ordered, but it was not what I ordered. I called to have it sent back, and while they accepted my proposal, they did not give me a shipping label to cover costs. I had to ship it... out of pocket. I reluctantly did, realizing that it could very well be a scam. It took WEEKS to get a response, and I came to the conclusion that yeah... I was scammed. I called and called asking what was going on. Only good thing about it was they generally picked up my calls, so that was a little relieving. I finally got noticed that it was going to be reshipped, but it took about three weeks from when I sent it to get back. They FINALLY ship it again (taking their sweet time) and it takes a little less time getting here (a week and a half). I finally get the phone, and lo and behold, it was what I ordered. Finally. I turn it on, and try to get it working... but it's fighting my sim card. I look up how to activate it, and eventually call the providers for it. They provider for that phone told me this phone was locked (I ALWAYS ORDER UNLOCKED), and not only as it locked... it was locked to Puerto Rico. So I'd either have to deal with international providers or whatever, or move to Puerto Rico to use the phone. I had notice that a lot of things were in spanish, but I just figured that it was a setting I could alter later. I just wanted to make sure it worked first. I sent it back, and it could some weeks even after that. I paid $160 for this phone, and at least $20 in shipping return fees, only to get $90 back, and when I called to ask about that, they told me they took it out of the shipping costs to send me the phone. It was THEIR fault. Their mistakes and missent product, and they charged ME for it. Do not buy from these people TLDR, I was two phones that I didn't order and was charged $50 in return shipping fees. Screw these guys

Buyer beware. This company goes by cellification and cell2get. Their address is impossible to find, and their contact number is rarely answered, so any problems take a PT job to track down. The new phone I ordered, arrived a month and a half later, after 2 tracking attempts - one which was from China. The phone was advertised as 'new', but arrived used, obviously refab in China. The buttons were worn, no instruction book included, and the battery died within 10mins after a full charge. Both company 'names' are rated "F" with the BBB. Wish I would have checked.

I ordered a i776w motorola phone on October 4th, (Shipping was to be within 10-14 days), I called on October 12th to find out where my phone was and was told it had shipped out that day. After a few days when I didn't receive the phone I called again and was told "again" it had just shipped out that day. I got the phone on October 22nd. So, the phone was late but it was here. Then I opened the box, no manual, nothing wrapped in plastic, and not the phone I ordered. I was sent a boostmobile phone, not the one I paid for on their website. (I printed pictures from the website of the one I ordered.) This company says BRAND NEW PHONES, FACTORY UNLOCKED!!!!! I took the phone to my carrier, and tried to activate the phone because when I put my sim card in the phone it said "enter special code. " Come to find out, this phone is an "ACTIVE ACCOUNT" with another customer from boostmobile. I called and talked to Cellification and was told they don't carry the phone I ordered, and to send the phone back to them for a refund. I asked for a return mailing label, because after all this was their lie, fraud, whatever you want to call it...they refused to send me a mailing label and their is no way I would trust them to refund my money if I send the phone back. The company didn't want to explain why the phone was active in another account, nor why they didn't even have the phone that is listed on their website. I contacted my credit card company and disputed this charge with a reason. I am also contacting the BBB. I would advise anyone NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! olivia Carson City, NV
