I ordered and paid for two galaxy s 25 phones from cellification on 5/22/2026. On June 2nd I received the phones, but they were not the models I ordered. Was told they had my models in stock, and to send them the phones and they would send me the ones I ordered, as well as pay $25.00 for the shipping. I sent them back with a receipt for shipping the same day. on Tuesday June 9 I was told they had been shipped to me and I would get them in 5 days.Today, June 12 I was credited the price of the phones, but no shipping reimbursement. When I called to see what happened I was told they were out of stock and to try another company, so obviously I was lied to about the phones being on the way. I was always polite when I talked to them and they all were pleasant to speak with, so I am totally confused and disappointed . I really needed those phones! now I am back to square one trying to find reasonably priced phones for me and my wife. I cannot recommend these folks , especially knowing they lied to me about having the phones in stock and that they were on the way. I guess I should be happy I got my money back ( but not ship expense) but am angry that they wasted almost a month of my time. Buyer Beware!

This was over a year ago but I think somebody needs to know I ordered me a Motorola razor I thought it was so beautiful and it was supposed to been a pink one and I even asked man to make sure I said I got me a pink one he said oh yeah we got a lot of them I said they're brand new and he said Yes they're brand new and we have a lot of them so I could not wait cuz the price was so good and you know he sounded so nice on the phone and I got my phone I don't know how they did this but one end of it was pink like it was supposed to be in the other end was green I don't even know where the green came from except for another Motorola razor phone but that is showing me that phone was not brand new it was piece together they didn't even have sense enough to put the two pieces that match the colors together so I got together with PayPal and I sent it back and got my money back they didn't want to take it back to start with I said you told me this was going to be a brand new phone and it's not because it's not the colors are not even the same so I would not buy from them because I mean they might send you something nice but you can believe it's not going to be new it's probably refurbished and piece together like mine was and I don't know but I just would not buy from them again thank you for listening

I needed this phone for over a week and it has not arrived

Sold me a phone, confirmed the order, then canceled the order without notification & took 2.5 days to email me back. Reason for the cancelation was "a billing mismatch" - yet the payment went through & the order number was marked confirmed, per their email sent right after purchasing. There was no call or email about the cancellation - I didn't find out until the phone didn't arrive. That's dog$#!t.

It was an important day and I made an order and was waiting for it and come to find out as I wasn't even noticed, not through email or anything but that it had been canceled. Why you sell stuff if you're not going to be able to send it.

They canceled my order without explanation. When I called, the guy seemed very rushed, like he was bothered, but ended up telling me they didn't have the phone that I was wanting to order.

This company lacks transparency and operates in a highly questionable manner. My dad ordered a phone from them in September 7, 2025, but they failed to deliver it on time. By the time the phone arrived, he had already left the country, and the package was returned to the company. I’ve been calling them for two months trying to get a refund. Unfortunately, my dad’s card was deactivated by his bank due to fraudulent activity, and the company insists that I must travel to New York to collect the refund in person. They claim they cannot issue a refund to his new card or send a cheque. I’m still trying to recover either the payment or the phone, but I’ve received nothing but inconsistent and conflicting messages. One representative says they can issue a cheque, another tells me to call back later. It’s been frustrating and exhausting. Beware of this company. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the poor customer service and lack of resolution two months after the purchase have left me deeply disappointed.
