Impressed with response time and delivery time. Would definitely do business with again.

They had what I needed. Received faster than expected. We're responsive to my needs. Highly recommend.

Ben was great to deal with when I called him late Saturday evening with question and later when I emailed him. Excellent response time and the wines I ordered were just as described and shipped promptly. Ben even offered to hold the wine to ship due to high temps in our region at no charge. Will definitely be doing business here again.

The main wine I ordered for my collection had torn and faded labels. This was not communicated ahead of time. Another wine had an incomplete name on the website, but it turned out to be the wine I expected. In the future it would be advisable to advise or describe the condition of the bottles. Shipping cost was also slightly higher than mentioned over the phone.

The shipping was very fast. The wine was just as described and expected. Very happy! Thanks!

I have purchased a significant amount of wine and have been impressed with the price and service. Their website is barebones simple but works great. Easy to search. My one suggested upgrades would be a way to search new stock. All in, a great place to buy wine

I've used Cellarider from Italy to send a gift in USA: delivery on time and the requested note has been added to the box. I've appreciated the emails I've received to inform me on the status of the delivery. I would have appreciated more transparency in shipping costs: they don't appears at the ordering and they are applied later without consensus. But they are fair enough, anyway. 3-star rating for this reason, otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Great service, communication and fast shipping!! Thanks.
