You never know what they'll put on the site for sale so each email is interesting. I live on the west coast but have had no problems related to shipping. Prices seem fair and as one who enjoys older vintages, I have found many a reasonably priced bottle from this site.

I just purchased 5 magnums of a French Bordeaux as xmas gifts. I ordered them on Saturday and they arrived Wednesday, they should have arrived Tuesday however ups was not on their game. Keep in mind all deliveries must be signed for, we were home but ups didn't ring bell. This is the first time I have ordered wine from an online site and the search and checkout were fairly easy to navigate. The owner was very responsive and helpful in selecting the bottles. I went out on a limb and spent 2k from this site based upon the great reviews and the prompt replies. The bottles are in excellent condition 1989 chateau trotanoy magnums . I hope the recipients will be happy! I am now eyeing a 61 chateaux Margaux. Definitely has our business

CellarRaiders had exactly what I was looking for and were very responsive to email. My only complaint is that they don't have temp controlled shipping options available so you're purchase shipping is subject to the time of year.

This was the first bottle of wine I have ever purchased from Cellaraiders. I've had the '82 Gruaud Larose many times before, but was ultra impressed by the quality of this bottle. The cork was close to perfect and the wine in a blind tasting was the best it has ever showed. As a result, I will be buying more wines from Cellaraiders. The '82 Gruaud only lost by 1 point to the '90 La Mission Haut Brion last night. Cheers!
