When can I expect my order? Jan 21/25 for the brush for cats

Scam. Received a call from my bank at 2 am. I am at work. This place tried to take $39 from my account. Thankfully bank blocked purchase.

Feels like I scam. I ordered a cat toy 37 days ago and it has not arrived. The tracking shows it got to the UK on 08/01/25 and still nothing. It would clearly be here at this point. I have asked them for a refund and they do not answer to my email. Do not buy anything from this company as you more likely will lose your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM CELERY PETS I purchased a splash mat from celery pets when it finally arrived, the pump was broken and the actual mat leaked water all over the carpet, so clearly had small holes in it. I have emailed celery pets and dealt with Sophia, she asked for photos and a video of the faulty/broken product. I have done this and they still refuse to refund me. Be aware this company is a scam with the worst customer service I have ever come across!!!!

Wish I had read the reviews for this company before ordering something. It's been nearly two months since I ordered a pet toy and still no sign of it. Luckily it was only about $20.

Avoid I ordered six muster dog for Xmas they never arrived seemed to cheap to be true lost over $100 dollars and six gifts not impressed. No response to emails told to check if in stock prior to purchase however . Best avoid this company.

Bought a cat toy on 14 December 2024 and over a month later it’s still not arrived! Already emailed the company multiple times and only received an automated email response. AVOID!! Seems they take your money and don’t even have real products to ship!

## AVOID ## DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ## I purchased a cat toy in November 2024. Apparently it was delivered on 19th December. There is no proof of tracking, I had no contact from the courier and none of our neighbours have the parcel. I have contacted Celery Pets several times now and only had one reply to my first email and they confirmed the parcel was delivered but could not show any proof etc. I have had no further replies to any of my emails. I have contacted my bank who has refunded me and will claim the money back from Celery Pets. ## AVOID ##
