So far so good. The shopping experience was positive, and now waiting for shipment and receipt of items.

The customer service called about a card problem and it was quickly resolved and my swing set was duly sent and my wife is absolutely thrilled. I wish the instructions were easier to follow, but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to follow them.

Website was fast easy and accurate had to call customer service with a price question and John answered the call immediately and was very helpful I will buy from them again and recommend to others looking for wood preservation products

The customer service rep that answered my call was the BEST ever!! He was so knowledgeable and knew literally everything about every product I asked about. I’m not kidding….he had all the answers…from the thickness of the cedar to the material that the hardware is made of; he knew how the kits were assembled and made a recommendation for another product that might better suit my need (that I had not seen) Keep this guy on your payroll!! He was great.
