Shopping was easy online. There was abundant information with which to make my decision. Product description and photos made it simple and easy. Had some issues with PayPal checkout but using a credit card instead was a breeze.

I just received my umbrella. It was easy to assemble and get it into my umbrella stand. I opted for the Solefin fabric vs the Sunbrella fabric. Solefin wasn't as expensive as Sunbrella but still had good reviews. The quality is pretty good. We had a bit of wind last night and it handled it pretty well, but we'll see how long it lasts in the AZ sun!

John was the most patient customer service I have dealt with in a long time. Polite answered all my questions he left me with no doubt about what I was getting or how long it would take for delivery a great person John don't ever lose him thank you

Easy to use website for making a purchase- a lot of options as it’s hard to find a nice wood picnic table with separate benches

Hi Barbara. Thank you for your comment. I looked at your order and it's scheduled to ship mid June. It does look like we failed to send you a message of your delay. I appologize for that. I also double checked that we had not charged you for your order and we haven't. If you aren't able to wait for your umbrella to arrive, please reach out to us direct at [email protected] and we are happy to help in any way you that you need. Holly
