Excellent customer service. Friendly and responsive.

I had no problem with Adams All Natural but I did have a problem with the carrier they used to deliver their product.

The quality of the swing is excellent. It looks great. Delivery was good. Assembly was difficult. Yes there was a video but that was for several different products, and step by steppers could easily do the steps incorrectly. There really should be written step by step instructions for each product. If you only have the video, make sure you watch the whole video before you start assembly.

Ordered this as a gift for the president of our small business. It was everything that was promised. He really enjoyed getting it and putting it together. Wish there were more put together items on your site. Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes to put things together on their own.

I went to the website looking to but some paint so i could repaint (touchup) a chair I had bought a few years back. Although I was not able to figure out how to purchase paint via the website I was able to call the customer service department and they were very helpful in walking me through how to order the paint and I was looking for. While there I also ordered some leg rests to match some chairs i had bought in previous years. We love them and with the newly painted chair everything looks great. My wife mow spends many hours sitting in her chair and resting her legs at the same time.

I purchased a round wooden bucket for my well house. Was very pleased with craftsmanship. Looks great in the well house.

Chair arrived promptly, easy and fun to assemble.

Overall, I am fairly happy with my purchase. The packaging was good. I only had one broken minor part from shipping that was easily fixed. The quality of the wood was pretty good. All the hardware was there and included a drill bit to drive the hardware in. Much of the assembly is made easier with pre-drilled parts. If the assembly instructions weren't so poor, assembly would have been a snap. The cost of the product was fairly expensive. But, considering it was cedar, shipping was included, the product itself, etc., I am pretty satisfied. Once assembled I was very happy with the product, but made a few modifications to make it more sturdy. What I was very unhappy with was the assembly instructions. Very poor. Written instructions were vague at best and the pictures to illustrate the assembly were worse. These deficiencies caused more than one instance of cursing on my part. Major upgrades are needed in both areas.
