It was easy. The related items button made it easy to look at the sets and was very helpful.

Hi Ken, Thanks so much for your comment. We spend a lot of time hand picking items that will go with and fit items and sets. So to know that it's beneficial is great to know. John

Slick and quick... Ordered two chairs on different orders, shipping to two different addresses.... hope there is no confusion.

Hi Daniel, Thank you for your orders. And we see the two back to back and to two different locations. Those shouldn't get mixed up at all. Thank you for the heads up that that was intentional! Let us know if we can help in any way. Holly

I telephoned my order and spoke with John. John explained things thoroughly, was patient, and explained in detail the process. He was up front with the reason for backed up shipping at this time,(likely from pandemic related) recent shut-down, and apologized for the wait time. Overall it was an easy pleasant experience.

We ordered our swing over the phone. The woman we spoke with was very kind and able to answer all our questions. Looking forward to getting the swing.

The website was easy to navigate and helpful. I ordered a “kit” bench. The explanation of the product was also very easy to understand.

Thank you so much for your comment, Paul. We've spent a lot of time over the years refining how we describe our kits. Glad to know that the way we describe them in understandable. Have fun putting it together. Mary

I purchased two gable vents in conjunction with an exterior renovation project. John of customer service (no call tree or extended wait times to be connected to a rep) assisted me initially with some sizing/rough opening/delivery questions. I subsequently placed the order. Unfortunately, my contractor cut the rough opening for the vent too large despite all prior efforts to avoid that outcome. I spoke with John again and he diligently worked with me and the factory to customize the vent to fit the errant opening. We finalized after a few calls/emails and the final product was a "Perfect Fit" in the words of my carpenter. I can't overstate the level of customer care and product quality.

I don't even know who the hell I am doing business with, since the company name is different everywhere you look. I never received any sort of confirmation of any kind, still haven't gotten the bench, but they want to know how I feel? This is the only correspondence I ever received. LOL

Hi Josh, Thank you for this. I know it can be confusing. Trustpilot is the company that collects reviews for us so that it's not altered or manipulated by us in any way. I do show that your order shipped the day after you placed it with us. And I show that our system sent you an email confirmation of your order as well as tracking information. We have recently found out that gmail is putting our system's emails into your junk folder. I believe that if you were to go and look there, you would find them. BUT I will also email you here in a bit with the tracking information as your order looks to be arriving on Friday. Take care, Holly
