The website could use more clarity in its description of the accessory package vs. bucket/hole cutout but when I called they acknowledged that and helped me understand what was what. Holly was terrific! Their tools for tracking delivery were excellent: have received the accessory package but not the main product yet, namely, the Master Gardener Potting Bench

Hi Mark. Thanks so much for the feedback. Yes, that is very difficult to relay since we off multiple options for this potting bench. But we will look at the wording again and see what we can do to make it more clear. BUT we love hearing from customers when they call so I was happy to help you. Holly
