Birthday Present
I ordered chairs for my daughter's birthday. After reviewing the chairs on your web site, she looked at them and told me what she wanted. I then placed the order.

It was very easy to order but it’s been over a week and the item hasn’t been shipped yet. Received an email immediately explaining that the item ships 1/2 weeks after ordering. Appreciated quick response.

Hi Carole. Thank you for your review. If you look under the Add to Cart button of the item you order you can see our estimated time to ship. The potting bench that you ordered will be ready from 1/2 weeks from the time you ordered. Look to get an email from us when it ships with the tracking information and please let us know if we can help out in any other way! Holly
