A quick note on how CE Broker works: we're the official CE tracking system contracted by your FL licensing board. Courses appearing "out of the CEU cycle" reflects the renewal period your board has set, not a decision we make. If courses you took during your current cycle are showing outside of it, that's something we can investigate and fix, we just need the details. On uploading credit hours: you absolutely can self-report credits in CE Broker. The "Report CE" button is on your dashboard, and you can attach your certificate of completion as proof. CE Broker account names are synced directly from your regulatory entity's records. We recommend checking your regulatory entity's website to confirm your name is displayed correctly there. If your name is correct on the regulatory entity's site but incorrect in CE Broker, our technical support team can update it for you. If the name has not yet been updated with your regulatory entity, any correction we make in CE Broker would revert once we receive a refreshed license file.
