load CME but don't credit ?
Response from CE BrokerOct 19, 2026
Thank you for letting us know, and we’re sorry your CME isn’t showing the credit you expected. We know how frustrating that is, especially when you’re working toward your renewal.
Uploaded CME may not apply to your requirements for a few reasons. For example, the course dates may fall outside your current renewal cycle, the course may be assigned to the wrong subject area, or the certificate may be missing details your board requires. Our support team can review your account, find the cause, and help get your hours credited correctly.
We’ll reach out for more information so we can follow up with you directly. You can also submit a request here: https://help.cebroker.com/hc/en-us.

I will agree with the majority of responses giving this site and service a big fat 0. In these times I have not been able to talk to a person on multiple occasions when trying to get information on this and other company sites! American people wake up and protest bots and lack of customer service!!!!
Response from CE BrokerOct 19, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry you haven’t been able to reach a person when you needed help. Getting no response is frustrating, especially when it involves your license, and it isn’t the experience we want for anyone.

Support takes weeks to get back to you, and are exceptionally unhelpful when they do. Manually uploading CE's his hit or miss. I have had to upload multiple times before they get counted.
Response from CE BrokerOct 19, 2026
Thank you for sharing this, and we’re sorry your experience has been so frustrating. Waiting weeks for a reply, and then not getting the help you needed, falls well short of the standard we hold ourselves to.
We’ll reach out for more information so we can find your earlier requests and review your account to find what's causing the problem and to help make sure your future submissions go through the first time.

It is a piece of crap
It is a piece of crap. Unable for 3 days now to update my CE Broker site with my new email. Should be easy enough based on the technology we now have with companies that know what they are doing. In their infinite wisdom, CE Broker keeps sending a login code to my old email, which I let them know via their lame virtual service that that email is no longer active. They then sent me an image that indicates I do not have a Broker CE account! I cannot renew my license until I upload my CEs to CE Broker—worthless, useless, time-wasting CE Broker site. NM BON is going the same route. Called them only to be told by a voice recording to use the message center. Frustrating, to say the least!
All you asked for was an updated review. Hoping for a favorable review? Not happening. Your inept service is frustrating and as busy NPs, we do not need that! I am going continue asking that NM BON get a more efficient service and will continue to post how little help your messaging is. If you have the basic service, you cannot speak to anyone unless you pay for the useless help they profess to provide.
Response from CE BrokerOct 6, 2026
Hi there, we're sorry for the trouble you've had trying to update your email. Being locked out because a login code keeps going to an inbox you can no longer use is frustrating, especially with a license renewal coming up.
We will request more information through TrustPilot so a support representative can find your account, update your email, and follow up with you directly.
Thank you.

CE Broker does not work well
P.S. I TALKED TO A REPRESENTATIVE BY EMAIL AND THINK I HAVE A FIX FOR MANY PEOPLE. They get you as “not complete” on the “claiming CME exemption” part.
Apparently, ER workers need the forensic CME, but no one else does. If you go to “report CE”, then “additional options” at the top, then attestation of not working in an ER setting. This will remove the requirement for forensic CME and made me “complete”. There are other exemptions likely applicable to people too.
P.P.S. I AM STILL NOT COMPLETE FOR THE 2023-2025 cycle. After another round of emailing two AI bots and then a human, I was informed this is a “technical glitch” and I’m actually “complete”, even though the website does not reflect that. ……That seems a very ineffective way to run a website.
I remain convinced CE broker is purposefully unhelpful in its troubleshooting to coerce professionals to pay for yearly subscriptions.
ORIGINAL POST: Im a physician and required to report my CME in CE Broker, but the system is broken.
To start, only half my recorded CME in the ABFM database “auto-transferred” to CE Broker. That required me to painstakingly manually enter every missing CME class I’ve taken over the past last 4 years, including hunting down completion certificates. The process took hours.
Yet CE broker still says I am “incomplete” for 2025-2027, despite the fact that I should have met all criteria to be marked “complete”. I have over 48 hours of CME in the two year window they have designated (which is asynchronous with my license renewal over a 3 year period with ABFM). I have met all necessary requirements, including at least 2 hrs pain mgmt, 2 hrs ethics, and 1 hr human trafficking.
CE broker lets you “export” your currently recorded courses into a pdf document (which is helpful!) This confirms I have met all the necessary requirements and that my CME courses are labeled appropriately (as formal category 1 credits, pain mgmt CME, etc).
I’ve talked to CE broker’s AI chatbot who didn’t help (it simply emailed me a transcript of our chat).
I’ve emailed CE broker’s help email, but it’s after hours on Friday, so I should not expect a response until Monday at the earliest.
While using CE broker, you are deluged by ads encouraging you to upgrade to an PAID account, which will make the process easier. This seems like a giant scam where the basic free account does not work, and your medical license is literally on the line if you don’t pay to an upgraded account. As a physician, you literally can not log onto the Texas medical board site to renew your license if CE broker has marked you as “not complete”.
CE broker does not work as intended. This will be a GINORMOUS problem as more and more physicians literally can not renew their licenses due to CE broker’s malfunctioning programing.
Response from CE BrokerOct 6, 2026
Hi there, thank you for coming back to update your review, and for sharing what worked for you. We know how much time you spent documenting your CME, and we're glad you were able to get to "complete."
Thank you for your feedback. We're sharing it with our team, including the part about making exemptions easier to find. If anything else comes up, you can reach our support team at https://help.cebroker.com/hc/en-us.

CEU tracking/ Time zone
The state of Texas recently started using CE broker to track CEUs for psychologists. My license expires on September 30, 2026. I was entering my CEUs before I could finish CE broker listed my requirements as incomplete and my license as expired at 9pm CST. I am assuming that their server is on the East Coast. I finished my CEUs and as of this morning, it continues to list as incomplete and expired. When I called, I was informed that CE broker was not taking phone calls today and redirected to use the chat. The chat was absolutely no help and only sent me a transcript of the chat. I am currently waiting to hear from someone. I find it interesting that courses purchased through their platform are automatically applied but an update on status remains unchanged.
Response from CE BrokerOct 6, 2026
Hi there, thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry for the stress this has caused right at your renewal deadline. Seeing your license listed as expired while you're still finishing your CE is alarming, and we want to help sort it out.
We will request more information through TrustPilot so a support representative can review your account and follow up with you directly. You can also reach our team at help.cebroker.com.
Thank you.

App never works in years, inaccurate, hostile
App never works in years. Information is usually inaccurate. Really a hostile gesture to require this horrendous operation from duly licensed professionals. Follow the money?
Response from CE BrokerAug 20, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration you've experienced. We hear you on the accuracy and reliability issues, and we understand how important it is that this platform works smoothly for licensed professionals who depend on it.
We want you to know we're actively rebuilding our app to address these exact concerns, so a better experience is on the way. In the meantime, our website is fully mobile-friendly and tends to offer a more stable — we'd encourage you to try accessing your account through your mobile browser instead of the app while we continue this work.
If you're still running into issues, please reach out to our support team directly so we can help resolve them for you.
