wheel rigged
the wheel you spin for money off, or free shipping is rigged. I just spun it 12 times, and it always lands on 15%.

Finally A Company That Listens
I've been a customer for approximately 2 years. I had a problem with UPS losing my order & CD Universe replaced it immediately. You can actually talk to a person about any issues or if you just need help. They listen. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Still Excellent Selections
I've been a customer of CDuniverse since 1999. Always received outstanding service. Great selection of cd's and dvd's, if there is a problem with a placed order the customer service center is very knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to be a CDuniverse customer.
