WAS SUPPOSE TO GET 25 % OFF FOR IN HOUSE ITEM'S USING PAYPAL WHICH I DID !!! I DID NOT GET THE 25 % OFF ON MY ORDER !!! MR. CRAIG ! 215-464-3738

When I first entered the CD Universe website, a notice came up that stated 'If you enter your email address here, we will give you 15% off on your purchace. I did enter my email address and at check out the price was displayed in every step of the check out process. On the very last step is where you enter your email address. I entered it and the total did not change to indicate the 15% discount promised and the process and the order was over and complete. Was this more of the new Commercial tool being used known as Lying???

The last movie I received School Girl Bound freezes in some areas makes it hard to watch.

I wish the list would load faster. Sometimes it just "hangs".

Did not receive my 20% discount

For whatever reason when you create items in your cart then log out for a little while, when you re visit the website all of the items in your cart are deleted.

every thing turn ok my packge was open when it was drop off

Your website offers a 15% discount labor day sale. It did not take that off at checkout. Can you help?
