None of the company phone numbers work. They don't respond to emails, and I have sent MULTIPLE emails trying to redirect my shipment to the correct address. I receive no response at all.

A 20% discount was offered and I accepted, but it was not applied when I checked out.

On my last order - I responded to your 20% discount offer - I clicked on the offer as instructed in your email - but when I went to the cart to order, the discount was NOT applied to my order - I should honestly receive that recompense, which I did not befit from - you can't advertise something that does then not click in when you place the order! That order was received on May 30 2023 (don't know exactly which day I placed it)

I didn't get the 20% discount for purchasing the two items. And it said before I finalized the payment, it said the discount would be applied and they didn't apply the 20% discount and I'm not happy with that and want to know why I didn't get the 20% discount.

1. The company never sent a confirmation to my email 2. The company did not have a means for recording payment of an order

the wheel you spin for money off, or free shipping is rigged. I just spun it 12 times, and it always lands on 15%.

Complicated paying way

A map was provided indicating shipping location:: *** TOTALLY WRONG !!! *** NO PROVISION FOR CORRECTION!!!! !!!! W.T.F. !!!!
