Tierd of getting movies and they can…
Tierd of getting movies and they can not speak english..They should tell you up front. Some movies are poorly to last very long.
Response from CD UniverseMay 7, 2020
I'm sorry about that. If you've had a recent order where this happened, we can certainly accept the movie back for a refund or a reshipment of the correct version if available. If a movie is not in English, it should typically be listed as such, but sometimes our data is incomplete. Feel free to contact us if you'd like to reimbursement on these movies, and again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

A Great company to buy from
I have purchased several items at CD Universe. Easy online purchasing. I had moved and when I made a purchase left the old address for shipping I didn't know what to do. They had sent me an conformation email. I was checking it for a number I may call and right in the email was a link that said help. I tapped it immediately I got a response. e-mailed them back what had happened and my new address in just no more than 2 to 3 minutes received another email showing the shipping address was my new address and if there were any other issues. That they would be glad to help. Customer service is unbelievable. Just all around a great place to be doing business with.

I Get Stuff From These Guys.
I've been dealing with the good people at CD Universe for a number of years now and will continue to do so. Their site is easy to navigate, they've got a good selection of everything and they let me know when stuff is available from artists I've purchased in the past. Would highly recommend. Keep up the good work.
