As usual, great values, great options, great films. My go-to website for DVDs.

Offered me a "spin the wheel" deal, said I got 15% off, even had a "apply to purchase" tab but no where in the check out process did I see this "discount" being applied. Even went into a separate browser to look item up (without discount) and it showed the price I paid... so, NO discount. Probably wont be buying from here again if this is how y'all operate.

Great selection. All DVDs/cases were sealed and intact. 2 of the 3 older titles had loose discs that were VERY scuffed up since they broke free from the hub, possibly decades ago, from all the handling over the years. CD Universe should only ship out sealed DVDs that DO NOT have "loose" discs inside. IMHO these "problem" items should be sold as "open-box", fully described, maybe tested, and sold at a discount. That said, both of the scuffy discs played fine on the local porn theater DVD player that I tried. Charging $3 extra for tracking is totally outrageous, especially since this company uses a UPS "Mail Solutions" service that then hands off to the USPS, with NO tracking until it gets into the Postal system. USPS flat-rate Priority envelope includes full tracking and is much faster. The company could also use Media Mail or First Class package for single item orders and still make a decent profit. It's obvious that this physical media business model is on the way out, but it's not necessary to be greedy with us customers who want to own a physical copy of a movie on DVD!
