From initial consultation to aftercare, my whole experience was wonderful. My consultation was free and I did not feel hurried or pressured as I feared I may, as the consultation was not charged. On day of surgery I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and at ease. I was having a procedure using local anaesthetic so was awake during my surgery. I was asked frequently if I was comfortable and if I need need a little more anaesthetic it was quickly provided. I was very pleased with the outcome and was shown before final stitches and as I felt that my eyebrow on one side needed lifting slightly, my surgeon listened and having consulted, agreed to lift a little more. I felt very engaged and included in the process. After surgery I was made comfortable and given lots of opportunity to ask any questions. The following day I was called to check on my progress which I am pleased to say was great with hardly any discomfort. I will certainly recommend the clinic and my surgical team. Thanks to the whole team for making this such a special day.

Stunning clinic amazing staff. It was my first visit and I couldn’t recommend this place more, 10/10 across the board. I was made to feel comfortable straight away from the lovely ladies at reception. My face looks fantastic and the advice I received was incredibly in depth and just amazing from my aesthetic practitioner. I couldn’t recommend more.

Christine has been doing my lymphatic drainage massages for the last few weeks, post my ETT! Every time I can’t believe the results! She is lovely and it’s such a calming experience!

My last surgery was with Mrs Kat, was disappointed that I would not be seeing her again. I had a consultation with Mr Salibi, he made me feel very comfortable. We had a good discussion about the procedure and I appreciated him discussing other options for skin improvement with me. Always thorough, well organised and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I don't think I could go anywhere else, even though it is 90 minutes drive for me.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The most amazing experience from start to finish! 💗 I honestly cannot recommend Maria Chapassi and the whole team at Kat & Co enough! From the moment I arrived, my nurse Sally was absolutely amazing. She was so warm, welcoming and reassuring that I genuinely felt like I’d known her forever. I was incredibly nervous, especially as I’d never been put to sleep before, and my anxiety was through the roof! Looking back now, I realise I really didn’t need to be so worried. Dr Rinesh, my anaesthetist, is genuinely one of the kindest, most calming people I have ever met in my life. I cannot put into words how much he put me at ease. He was so gentle and reassuring that I didn’t even feel the cannula going in! Before I knew it, I was waking up with my new boobs! 😂💗 Doyle, who was also in theatre, was absolutely lovely too. He had me laughing as I was going off to sleep, which helped settle my nerves more than he probably realises. And Maria Chapassi… what can I say? An absolute real-life angel! ❤️ Every single person I came across made me feel comfortable, cared for and reassured. What I thought was going to be such a scary experience turned out to be so much easier than I’d imagined, and that’s entirely down to the incredible people looking after me. I am so, so happy I went through with it, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to look after me. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. From the minute I checked in to the minute i checked out the whole experience was very professional. The recovery nurse was lovely, she stayed by side and explained things very slowly but thoroughly. Mr salibi was very professional and put me at my ease He is a truly knowledgeable surgeon , using that knowledge and experience dealing with anything he finds to give excellent results. I would recommend this place and this definitely this surgeon

Reception really friendly and helpful so felt at ease immediately. I had consultations with 2 surgeons who were both excellent- they both listened to my concerns and expectations and explained in detail what I could expect from surgery. I decided to opt for Dr Chasapi due to her lovely bedside manner, her wealth of knowledge and feeling that she went that extra mile to make sure that I was happy with everything. My surgery date is 3 weeks away and I am much less nervous than I was and feel confident and assured that I am in the very best hands.

Fantastic through the whole process. I have had multiple surgeries over the past few years to enhance the way I look as a 64 year old woman. Today’s were breast enhancement and a few hours in I’m very pleased. A very big thank you to Salina, Charity, Andy, the surgical team and of course the wonderful and super skilled Mr Salibi.
