I had a lower back lift yesterday and I’m recovering well at home. Pain and discomfort is minimal. The staff were all amazing. Very friendly and professional and put me at ease immediately. The team of Dr Ebrahim & Mr Salibi and the surgical staff took excellent care of me and I’m absolutely delighted with initial results. I have no reservation recommending the Kat & Co team to anyone. They are magicians!

Being nervous as this was my first consultation I was taken back how warm and friendly the kat&co team were from the moment I walked in the door The atmosphere was calm and relaxing the reception lady's were great then I met my designated surgeon maria chasapi who was amazing no question was to small and i felt she understood what I am trying to achieve Amanda my coordinator was amazing going through the details of my consultation from price, after care, etc I would definitely recommend going to kat&co if your thinking about any treatment

I chose Kerstin as my surgeon after doing lots of research and watching a video of her, and I just had a really good feeling about her from the start. From my first consultation I felt completely comfortable and knew I was in safe hands. I’m so happy with my results and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kerstin was amazing throughout. She was so kind, reassuring and professional, and I had complete trust in her. Sarah deserves a special mention because she was honestly more like a best friend than someone looking after me. She is so down to earth and made me feel like she genuinely cared about me. She was always there when I had a question and was so helpful, practical and reassuring. I ended up putting so much trust in her and really don’t know what I would have done without her, especially in those first few weeks. And Tiffany was there for the part I was probably most nervous about, and she was absolutely lovely. She made me feel so comfortable and reassured me when I really needed it. I’ll always remember how kind and caring she was at a time when I was feeling quite anxious. I’m genuinely so grateful to all three of them. I’m absolutely thrilled with my results and really couldn’t have wished for a better team. ❤️

I've been extremely pleased with the care and support I have received from all the doctors specially from Dr. Andrej and nurses ( Tiffany and Caroline). What stands out to me most is that they treat you as a person, rather than simply as a number or a patient on a list. This is incredibly important to me and makes a real difference to my overall experience. Everyone I have dealt with so far has been kind, respectful, compassionate, and professional. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel that your individual needs and concerns genuinely matter. The level of care and customer service has been excellent throughout. I would like to sincerely thank all the doctors, nurses, and staff for the dedication and support they have shown me. Their approach has made me feel valued, respected, and well cared for, and I am very grateful for the positive experience I have had so far.

As a 50 year old woman seeking a breast reduction and uplift, I was a little self conscious I would be in a room surrounded by lots of young ladies but actually, Kat & co cater for men and woman of all ages. All staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, there is no judgement here. The actual surgery itself including the twilight anaesthetic was a breeze, just a heads up you might have the shakes for 20 minutes as you come out of the twilight anaesthetic (took me by surprise as I hadn’t read up on that) but absolutely nothing to worry about. My surgeon was Kerstin Oestriech, she was fabulous, matter of fact (she needs to be when they are handling and drawing on your girls ;-) no place for being embarrassed, she has seen it all! I also respected the fact that I could have had implants but was advised I had enough breast tissue to work with, I think other companies might be inclined to sell you everything to maximise their income but this was not the case at Kat & co. I am only 2 weeks post op and feel great. It wasn’t painful as such, more uncomfortable especially with the drains for the first few days. The sight of your perky smaller breasts more than make up for it. The WhatsApp chat with the nurses is a great support mechanism, no question is too silly and they reply promptly. The follow up post op appointments; nurses are friendly and supportive. I never leave reviews but I honestly cannot recommend Kerstin and the team enough.

This was our first visit for surgical consultation. The review of abdominoplasty requirement and advising the best outcome for me was very thorough and I felt more confident after learning about the best option for me. We shall certainly assess the next steps with Miss Maria Chasapi. The quote for the procedure and other details was also provided immediately - which was very helpful.
