Defective lighting. Broken globes. The will replace in late June. Selling 700dollars in lamps and making me pay to return. Is ridiculous. I can't hange this in my house. They do not try to help you or even tell you the issue. This is really poor on line business practice by 21st century standards. Also their reviews are moderated. They rejected mine. I wonder why. It was honest.

Not ready to service today’s customer and expectations! Horrible experience with damaged product. Twice product was damaged and twice had to wait over 1.5 weeks for replacement. In today’s marketplace customer service is available 24/7 and co need to be accessible when and where customers need. CB2 & their companies are completely antiquated and not ready to be a reliable company. I ordered 2 dressers and timed it in such a way to get it advance to my baby delivery date. One of the dressers was damaged and made it not possible to use at all. After 40 min of waiting on customer service queue I was told it would be 2 weeks to get a replacement. There was no rush option it was the first avail time. I asked why couldn’t someone pull the piece and overnight it to me? Excuse after excuse and understand my stressful situation, they were able to get a replacement to me 1.5 weeks. This was after speaking to 2 people and 1 week later from when they’d get back to me. V. Disappointing and unreliable as I wanted and needed to finish my nursery. The replacement package comes and it too is damaged. Are you serious? The delivery people were v nice and easy to work with, btw. Called customer service again and of course after another long wait speak to someone and the replacement would be yet again 1.5 weeks. One day after my due date and no family nearby to accept a delivery should I be in hospital. I communicated that this wasn’t acceptable and explained the situation and again got the excuse that they “couldn’t do anything.” Wow. If this were me I would call warehouse/DC and have pull the package and ship it overnight or something. I suggested this the first time and of course it wasn’t possible... what they meant was they wouldn’t do it. A supervisor told me they’d look into it and call me back and of course no call back 3 days later. I can not believe how unsympathetic a co is to their customers. My nursery is not complete and this has been an incredible stresser. With as many online furniture companies out there today and the incredible great customer service and abundance of 2-day delivery (a prime???) there’s absolutely no reason I need to accept this type of service from a company clearly not with the times. I will never shop at CB2. Ever. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of modern furniture options out there that you shouldn’t deal with what I am currently dealing with.

They make you pay for return shipping on a DEFECTIVE item. Unbelievable. Will never do business with them again.

I have a $550 ($400 credit card, $150 gift card redeemed) charge and return that I shipped back. It has been over a month and I still have not received a refund. I have called several times now. The first time, the lady told me she would submit a claim about it and have someone call me back or email me back about it (no one did). The second one said she can't help me and sent me to customer service where I had to eventually hang up after 30 minutes on hold. The third, the exact same thing as the second, and I just left my phone on while making dinner and eventually had to hang up after more than ONE HOUR. I don't think I have ever had this happen before with any other company. Had no idea that Crate & Barrel/CB2 was a scam--- looking into Better Business Bureau, etc for them

I ordered a Christmas gift for family in Europe on cb2.com. It’s now almost a month later and they still haven’t received the order. I’ve send 3 e-mails to the CB2 customer service and still haven’t received a response. Online tracking shows that it didn’t even ship yet. Worst shipping experience. Not going to give my $$$ to CB2 anymore.

Worst online shopping experience I've ever encountered. A month ago I ordered a small item from CB2. When it hadn't shipped a week later, I contacted Customer Service to ask when it would ship, and proceeded to get a massive runaround from them for the next two weeks as they kept telling me it was about to ship, only to never receive any shipping notice. When it still hadn't shipped after 3.5 weeks, I asked them to just cancel it, and was told it was already at FedEx and it was too late to cancel. However, I still hadn't received any kind of shipping info, and the website status still said "preparing for shipment". I called back later and was told they would promptly send out another one since they had no idea where the first one was... guess what, two weeks later and still haven't received anything. I finally called today and told them they would be canceling my order, but they now say they have to send it to customer service and I can expect to hear from them in 48 hours. Not once in all this did they offer any kind of concession to the customer, not even to send it via faster shipping. Total garbage, and I absolutely will not be buying from them or their related companies again.

I purchased 2 kids bedroom sets from CB2 about 1.5 years ago... the mounting kits are a joke... both dressers have fallen which has resulted in all of the dresser drawers becoming unaligned... the screws have striped out from under the drawers and now the dressers are impossible to close....I’m very unhappy with these products!

I ordered 2 lamps from 2 different stores -- one of them, CB2 -- on Black Friday. Five days later, the lamp I ordered from the first store arrived. Three WEEKS later, I called CB2 to see where my lamp was. Turns out I was supposed to have: (1) opened up a confirmation email they sent me, (2) read several paragraphs of instructions, (3) called THEM back to arrange delivery, (4) waited two more weeks for a delivery company to deliver my lamp. It's been a month since I bought my lamp. I still don't have it. (p.s. When I called, I found out they had charged me for delivery even though they had a free delivery special when I bought. They reversed the charges after 45 minutes on the phone. No lamp yet, though.)
