HORRIBLE COMPANY SPAMS YOU HARD as mentioned by another review below... no matter what I do they won't stop mailing me catalogs - almost every month going on for well over a year now. Have unsubscribed on their website which I'm convinced doesn't do anything at all... called... nothing works. I feel I am being harassed. Never buying anything at this store ever again. Disrespectful for the planet and for people. Waist of resources. This SHOULD be illegal. REMOVE ME 0171735975-2GH5B16 .......

I bought a bookcase in late December. It arrived in two separate deliveries, spaced 3 weeks apart. When I finally got all of the packages, it did not fit in the space that I had intended it for because the measurements they provide on the website are incorrect. The product had a total width of 49.25" (NOT 47"). I have let them know about this, but they have not updated their site to reflect. I asked to return the bookcase, and they were unable to give me a pickup slot until 15 days later. I thought this was pretty ridiculous, because I now have a to store a massive box in my apartment for 15 extra days and I am also out my $1,600 for another 2 weeks. I stayed home from work on the day that they said a team would be by to pick up the product and no one ever arrived. When I called to find out what happened, they told me that it will be another 2 weeks until a team will be out to pick-up this item. This is insane. I just want my money back and for this massive box to be out of my apartment. I have recently made purchases from Article, Rove Concepts, West Elm and CB2. The only company I have had any trouble with is CB2. I will never be purchasing from them again - and I recommend that others look at the other places I just listed.

Buyer BEWARE!!! Customer service is AWEFUL. I purchased by furniture (3 pieces) during the free shipping promotion. Prior to the purchase, I called customer service to confirm that furniture would be delivered to my room of choice. I was assured by the rep. that it would be. None of that was TRUE. The first two pieces were set outside my front door while I was at work even though I called twice to confirm that furniture would be delivered at a predetermined time. Then I called to make sure that the last piece (the heaviest), would be placed in my room of choice. I was told by a second customer rep that I was given the wrong info by the first customer rep. I was told in a rude and nasty tone that the furniture would be delivered to my threshold and the delivery men would not step a foot in my house. She seemed almost proud to say it.

POORLY MANAGED & Worst company to order from. I am sitting on 2k and diff orders of furniture and other items and all three orders are either late (talking about in stock items that are not shipped 5 weeks after order date) or things missing or broken in order. I had a delivery window of 12/11-12/27 on large items that were IN STOCK and I just called them on 1/6 and the next available date they are giving me is 10 days from now! UNACCEPTABLE!!! Save yourself the hassle and order from West Elm where they know how to run a business and understand customer care.

Horrible horrible company. Purchased one item, seemed extremely overpriced for what it was, but I purchased it nonetheless as it was a gift for someone's marriage and it was on their registry. After this single purchase, which was not shipped to my own address and was known as a registry item on their site, I've received an endless supply of their catalogs. I believe it is one a month but feels like more and it has been going on for over a year. None of my efforts to stop this waste of paper and resources in shipping have been taken seriously by them. I've tried on their website, I've tried via phone, every month another catalog. When attempting this on the phone the representatives can't actually remove you from the list, just forward your request to someone else and then next month guess what, another catalog. Maybe someone at their company will see this that has respect for trees, fuel and waste and TAKE 0167616896-2GE4B17 off your list. I will never buy anything from you every again. If you are really rich, have alot of space to store catalogs and could care less about wasted resources maybe this is a place for you to shop but if not you are best to avoid this company.

Slow shipping and charged me twice. I still wait for my refund. Don‘t buy from here

It does not even get to a 1 star but there's no option in here. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT'S OVER. YOU ARE BETTER OFF WITH ANY OTHER STORE. Anything is better than them... A waste of time! and money but aggravation when you speak with them. They know nothing about you even though you had call a 100 times. It is like working with primitives....i had to call back to ask for the order number. No email with receipt was done when I made the purchase. I had to call back to ask for it. The dinning set that I bought was promised to deliver 20 days later, a month a half has past. No order no status, date to deliver, no expectations and no one to resolve or to take ownership. Just excuses They just repeat, I'm sorry! and make another false promise. I made escalations but in vain. The "managers" or "supervisors" said that they will take ownership but the result is nothing. Today, I'm still with no status for my order and in CB no one cares. They are quick to take your money. My suggestions DO NOT BUY from Crate and Barrel! The worst! Today, you have LOTS of better options. This is a BIG NO

Completely incompetent customer service. After 3 weeks, 4 calls, and 2 lost days working from home waiting for the delivery driver to show, I had to cancel my entire order.
