Nice products, bad customer experience. Especially when delivering overseas, no matter the volume. Had a technical problem with one of their products, no one bothered to reply. All in one products are nice, but too much hassle to go through.

If you do, and it doesn't arrive, they will give you the "it's weather delayed" which couldn't have been the case as 1 out of 7 packages arrived today and the other 6 are still in warehouse. All were given labels on the same day, but again, only 1 package made it out of the warehouse. BEWARE if you need something immediately. Customer Service has credited the S&H but that doesn't help me to meet my client's deadline.
