I ordered some foie gras on your…
I ordered some foie gras on your website. I called just to make sure it would be shipped to CA. I was told that the 3 cans would be replaced by 2 larger ones. Ok. Order was confirmed! The day after I received an order cancellation email. When I called back and I presented myself, nobody talked to me! Just unfair!!!

I wish I could rate you higher
I wish I could rate you higher, and in the past my caviar showed up on time fresh, however delivery was scheduled for before 12 noon, my caviar arrived after 5 PM and was not cold. As a result, I experienced food poisoning from the snail caviar and was throwing up all night Christmas eve. Now I'm not sure I could ever eat caviar again. So disappointed...

I placed a paid order for lamb shanks and 4 weeks later they were never delivered. Dishonest of the company.

I ordered a delivery for Dec 31 far in advance and the order was cancelled on Dec. 30 !!!!! Explanation : out of stock ! Would be nice if it would be announced earlier and not a day before confirmed delivery date.

I asked for Saturday delivery
I asked for Saturday delivery, but they processed it to be sent on the following Monday because they do not deliver on Saturday. They did this without notifying me. I have written in a comment section the date was important.
