Well regardless it was 5 stars. But one of the save files I got had an authentic transferred Jirachi!!!! So cool to have that. I definitely saved and transfered it tho.

Even though there were issues with one of the systems, customer service responded fast and help me to get the package sent back for a replacement. haven’t received it yet, hoping that the new system works correctly. The console was in good condition but my only complaint is that the console was not packaged properly. Everything was loose inside a box and not wrapped well, especially considering that it is an expensive product and traveling across the country for delivery

Item shipped fast and arrived on time. Lego box was in newish condition, some light damage due to no packing around the Lego box inside the shipping box. Otherwise a great experience! Would recommend and purchase from cave Gamers again!
