Cave games doesn’t care how the function of their systems they sell or about their games. I bought a Gameboy advance sp “excellent condition” but when I received it it had some type of orange gunk on the buttons in the buttons. They don’t just the quality of their games either

After leaving a five star review prematurely I have to change it to a Three star due to the on/off power button quit working and wouldn’t power on or off, but using the controller to power on works perfectly, as this was what they said and offered me $20.00 for my inconvenience or offered a swap out but I opted for the 20 bucks. I replaced the power switch and ribbon cable and it does the same thing as before, won’t turn on/off and even holding down the power button doesn’t do anything. Not sure what’s going on with the console, I can play games, watch both blu ray and regular dvds as long as I power on the console with the controller. Im just afraid something else is going to go wrong. After opening the console up just enough to get to the power switch, I noticed how dirty the inside was, the lid was covered in dust as was around the disc drive along with the fan had a lot of dust on the fan blades, not sure why they say “cleaned and tested”. Since I opened up the console Im assuming the warranty is voided. With shipping and taxes I paid just over $200.00 and ended up with a non completely 100% console.

Games arrived timely and well packaged. Only game that worked out of the 4 was Zelda. Rest required a lot of cleaning and are now working. I thought the Zelda game had more wear than expected.

I got what I ordered on time, my complaint is that I purchased an Excellent rated game and for the amount of money it was you would imagine it would at bare minimum have the case but no this only came with the disc I feel as though that should be stated as such and give the customer ALL the details so we can make an informed intelligent decision other sites state COMPLETE IN BOX or something that tells you how it will be arriving that’s the only complaint that I have the disc was clean and free of scratches and it came when it said it would just please update the description of the product

Idk the quality of the product was pretty bad

1 of the discs came scratched and won’t work and it’s taking a while to review my return request

No GBA slot came with the ds even though it was shown and said in the description there was one and it slightly smelled like cigarettes even though it was refurbished.

Console works good but it was stated it was excellent condition but screens were scratched and outer shell had scratches and a lot of scuffing
