We ordered a Darth Vader helmet for…
We ordered a Darth Vader helmet for Halloween. The charge went through on my credit card. When I looked this morning, it said that the seller cancelled the order. There was no communication to us about this. Now I am not sure if we can get one in time. Also there is no phone number for this company

Apologies for the confusion, it looks like we had to update the shipping label and you did not receive the updated label information. It was only that initial label that was cancelled and not the order itself. We have passed along the correct tracking information, and it is still on track to arrive on the expected date!

I'm very sorry you've had this experience. Unfortunately I'm a bit confused. USPS tracking shows this order was successfully delivered on 10/9/26 and I can't find any record of you contacting us about this issue. Update: After speaking with the customer, it appears that this was regarding an order from GameStop instead of CaveGamers.

When I order a PS4 Pro game console it…
When I order a PS4 Pro game console it said that it was in great working order but when I received the PS4 Pro hooked it up the disc drive didn't work it couldn't read any of my games I asked for a half refund because I'm getting the PS4 Pro fixed but they tell me they couldn't give me no half refund they don't stand behind what they sale I never be ordering from them again because of the bad experience I experienced they said that it was working everything was working on it but yet the disk drive would not read the games it would not read nothing so I paid good damn money for this console but yet I had to pay somebody to fix it to put a brand new disk drive in it so it would read the games but yet they can't cover the cost of the repairs of me getting it fixed but that's okay but I'm spreading the word tell people not to buy from this company cuz they don't stand behind their policy 100%. I'm contacting the better Business bureau I get this company zero nada because they don't stand behind what they sell but it is what it is but it's all good they're the one that's going to be losing not me

I'm very sorry you've had this experience, it sounds like there has been a miscommunication. I'm looking at our past messages and it looks like we offered either a full refund or an exchange for a working replacement. When concerns were raised about return shipping we informed you that we would cover return costs, and we recently reached out to follow up and see if you still needed assistance. We were unable to offer a partial refund but if you have already paid for shipping costs we may be able to reevaluate.

Terrible experience
The game I received simply did not work. I tried everything I reasonably could to get the disc running. Nothing worked. I never should have had to do any of that in the first place. If I’m paying for a used game from a company that says its games are cleaned, thoroughly tested, and guaranteed to work, I expect the disc to actually be.... cleaned, thoroughly tested, and guaranteed to work before it is shipped to me. Instead, I had to spend my own time troubleshooting a defective product and then go through the return process. I appreciate that the return was ultimately approved, but receiving a game that was unusable from the start made this a very disappointing experience. I will never buy from this company again

I'm very sorry you've had this experience. While we do test all our units, on occasion we overlook something we should have caught or something happens in transit that damages the disc. I see that you reached out with the issues and requested a return for a refund, but if you would prefer an exchange for a working disc we can set that up instead!

I received the PlayStation that I had…
I received the PlayStation that I had ordered and it did not work and now I am being forced to send it back and hopefully receive one in the mail at some point in time that will work. I feel very strongly as if the people running this business should test all the products to make sure that they work before shipping them off.

My license code didn’t work so I couldn’t even use it. I don’t know who to blame but my honest opinion is I won’t buy anything again unless this gets fixed but I highly doubt it will

1 star because I couldn’t go to zero star. I ordered Cavillrine, but got shipped idiot overtall Hugh Jackman fake Wolverine. To ask for a survey without resolving the order botch is bold indeed 😡

I'm very sorry you've had this issue. From what we've been able to tell, the listed and purchased item is Wolverine from the Deadpool Legacy Collection, and the Cavillrine figure is from the Deadpool and Wolverine Collection. Further, it appears that the Cavillrine figure is only available for preorder and will not be released until October. We are more than happy to help figure out where this miscommunication happened and help with a return or exchange.
