I ordered a Burgundy DSIXL and a Red 3DS and two games and I was overall satisfied with my purchases, as both consoles looked almost unscathed to the eye. However, my only complaint is that the 3DS becomes dysfunctional whenever attempting to use the camera app + the cameras are inaccessible. It freezes the screen and the power button has to be held for several seconds to be turned off. Overall, I don't regret my purchase

I had ordered Shattered Dimensions game for the Xbox 360, and when the product arrived in about a week the disc was in amazing condition and I was even told that it would not come with a case, but it did. It was a blank case but it was a very nice touch. I plan to buy more from this company!
