Customer Service is Impeccable
I honestly had some difficulties with my order. I had recently moved and had the wrong shipping address. Contacted support to have it changed and it was still shipped to the wrong address. I was pissed. I reached out and they resent my order overnight shipping and included oem charger. They goofed a little but they're customer support and the quality of their products is unmatched. Got a copy of emerald for a VERY good price and it looks absolutley pristine. Like almost unplayed. And resending the ds overnight with OEM charger was amazing. I was being a d i c k when emailing them about the shipping issue and they were super understanding and kind. Great company. Great people. Great products.
