CaveGamersCaveGamers was formed in 2010 with the main focus of repairing Xbox 360s. The infamous Red Ring of Death was a massive issue with these systems, so there was never a shortage of units to repair. Over the years, we evolved from doing repairs and expanded our product selection to a wide variety of video games, systems, and toys. We take pride in the unique nature of the products we carry, the quality of our refurbishment, and the care we show our customers. We hope you find what you are looking for and have a great CaveGamers shopping experience. It has been an honor to have served over 500,000 satisfied customers!

I bought a PS2 and a copy of Maximo Ghosts to Glory. Both were advertised as being in “excellent” condition, and they both arrived looking nearly perfect! Just a couple days after it arrived, I ordered Pokemon Sapphire for GBA from CaveGamers. So far I’ve noticed better prices than their direct competitor, and more accurate descriptions of the condition of the items. I’ll definitely keep spending money here!

I ordered a new Nintendo 3DS XL on August 13. It is now 4 September I have not gotten my package yet. I have not gotten any other updates. I am furious. I’m out $300 and the foreseeable future I don’t have my 3DS Update: it is now September 14. The people have reached out to me. They said if it doesn’t arrive, would you like a refund or a replacement? I said replacement but there has been no update since I’m still at $300 with no new Nintendo 3DS XL insight I’m still mad Update 2: they sent me a new 3DS XL because my other one got lost in the mail. It just arrived. It is working great they were really helpful and I think I may buy with them again but I do hate USPS they suck.

I'm very sorry about this, it looks like the item has been lost in transit on USPS's end. We will reach out to USPS to see if they're able to locate the package and provide assistance from there! Update: We're so sorry about the delay with this, it looks like I neglected to follow up! We've rectified that and have gotten a replacement shipped!
