Everything was bubble wrapped and protected, unlike other places. No receipt was included but everything was there. Would recommend.

Great products and service. Order with confidence.
Ordered a PS4 Gold headset for my PS3. Arrived in excellent condition with minimal peeling of the ear cups. Included all cables, peripherals, and even the instructions and user agreement pamphlets. Work and sound great. Ordered them on a Wednesday and came in Friday with expedited shipping just in time for weekend gaming. Thanks guys!

Terrible experience
The game I received simply did not work. I tried everything I reasonably could to get the disc running. Nothing worked. I never should have had to do any of that in the first place. If I’m paying for a used game from a company that says its games are cleaned, thoroughly tested, and guaranteed to work, I expect the disc to actually be.... cleaned, thoroughly tested, and guaranteed to work before it is shipped to me. Instead, I had to spend my own time troubleshooting a defective product and then go through the return process. I appreciate that the return was ultimately approved, but receiving a game that was unusable from the start made this a very disappointing experience. I will never buy from this company again

I'm very sorry you've had this experience. While we do test all our units, on occasion we overlook something we should have caught or something happens in transit that damages the disc. I see that you reached out with the issues and requested a return for a refund, but if you would prefer an exchange for a working disc we can set that up instead!

Tamagotchi Uni!
I ordered a discontinued Tamagotchi Uni (blue), and it was still in the original packaging and shipped super fast! I’m extremely happy with this purchase and I’m already on my second tamagotchi. I’d heard good things about CaveGamers from other Tama fans so I was willing to give it a go, and I’m happy I did.
