***Update 3.3.2022*** Caudabe did in fact make this right! I stand by what I said, they make amazing products... So much that I asked my wife to get me the Caudabe Sheath (Gray) for my iPhone 13 Pro as part of a Christmas wish list and it has held up like new since then. Thanks Caudabe, I will continue to look to you for all my case needs. Ordered a Caudabe Sheath (Gray) case for my iPhone 12 Pro. Didn't like it, reached out to support at their listed email address and a such "Sarah" responded to the email with options about exchanges. No! I want the return address so I can return the case and get my money back. I have emailed a second time and no response. This is poor customer service, no matter how good the product may be it still does not justify poor customer service.
