I bought a case for my iPhone and needed to switch it out and the customer service department was extremely helpful. (Kudos to Sarah and Megan) Not only were they quick to respond but kept in contact until my issue was completely resolved. The product was very well made and I know when I get the right features for my preferences, the case will last a long time. I also bought the screen protectors and after being an exclusive Zagg customer, I will be using Caudabe from now on.

I LOVE my Caudabe case! The grip on this case is perfect, I love the texture. The best part about it to me is the magnet. I attach my phone to a mount in my car to use it as a GPS and attach my wallet to the back of the case. I have used multiple cases and I have never found a stronger magnet than this. My wallet never falls off now and my phone never falls off of the mount. Love the case!

This company makes great phone cases. They also have great customer support! My Caudabe Sheath case appeared to come with some sort of defect - Caudabe's customer support immediately sent me a replacement, no quibbles. Thanks, I appreciate your great products and great after-sales service too!

Six months ago or so I purchased two Caudabe Sheaths of different colors for my Iphone 13. Recently the wife needed a new phone and made the switch from android to an Iphone 13. Once she received her new phone i ordered a Navy Caudabe Sheath to protect it. The other day our niece was looking at my wife's new phone and case and noticed that the case was not the right one for her Iphone 13, the camera opening was for the Iphone Pro. I had ordered the wrong case! I sent an email to Caudabe explaining what i had done and within 2 days they replied and was more than generous in making sure we had the correct case for her phone. All three of our cases fit well, are easy to remove, have a nice texture and feel, the buttons press easily, and have a protective raised edge around the camera opening and screen which allows the phone to be placed screen side down even with a screen protector in place. Our Caudabe cases have worked very well for us and their customer service was outstanding! The only thing I did not see was a customer contact phone number to call them rather than emailing.
