Great case. Fits perfectly and has a wonderful texture to keep the phone in my hand.

Their customer service. Email response time. The case I purchased is absolutely perfect. Fit, design, grippy and the buttons work so easily. Best case I’ve purchased. I bought the synthesis case and it didn’t have the button cover for the action button. I received an email telling me that when the same case was available with the action button cover that I could get one at no charge.

The Caudabe Sheath is my favorite iPhone case of all time! Perfect fit, MagSafe strong and very durable with a nice texture. Please make more fun colors!!

Hands down best case I’ve ever had. Doesn’t stick like silicone, not super hard plastic and maintains easy grip. Have tried dozens of other cases, none are this versatile!

I have purchased from Caudabe.com several times over the past few years. I'm in the UK and shipping usually takes around 8 working days and is fully tracked. I've never had any issue and my purchases always arrive in reasonable time. I recently placed an order which I later needed to change. Despite clearly being very busy at this time of year and having to tackle countless emails and handle countless orders, my issue was eventually resolved by the company's social media team as well as their Customer Support. I want to give a special mention to Caudabe's Customer Support team and their customer service in general. It is always excellent, friendly and personable - you won't get template responses, all of their replies are from real people who just want to help. The only negative I will say is that when it is extremely busy (e.g. September/October when a new iPhone is launched), they could probably be better prepared in terms of staff levels and recruit temporarily to help with the backlog of orders and emails.

The Caudabe Sheath is a great case. You can feel the quality is different from the cheapies, the phone fits perfectly and has a nice feel to the hands. It’s protective against drops and even protects the extruding camera lenses. In addition, Caudabe stands behind their products, their customer service is pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend giving them a shot for your next case!
