This review is less about the phone case and more about my extremely positive experience with the customer service team. I ordered the Veil phone case and reached out to the Caudabe support team when it didn't arrive to my address by the designated date. They were incredibly responsive (emailed me back same day and followed up with me a few days later) and helpful in getting my matter resolved. Specifically, Liz and Sarah on the support team were the two representatives helping me and I couldn't be more thankful for the effort and hard work they put into making sure I was satisfied.

The moment i put this case on my phone i knew it was the one. I have a decent collection of quite a few cases, ranging from $25-$80+. The Caudabe Sheath makes me want to return all of my other cases, I simple wont be using any of them anymore. I would rather have a Sheath in all 3 colors than the entire rest of my cases. Feels just as, if not even more premium than my cases that cost twice as much. Absolutely love how thin it is, with incredible texture. Feels like my phone would be just fine if it fell out of my pocket as well. Just buy it. Dont waste time elsewhere. Arrived 3 days sooner than USPS said it would as well. The only complaint I could possibly come up with is that it doesnt support phone tethers. Very very minor complaint but would be nice for airports/vacation/boats etc. where I just have a little bit more anxiety of losing my phone.
