The case I received had a defect, which I get happens but The customer support team here is phenomenal and sent out a replacement case immediately and were pleasant to talk to and very responsive.

My favorite case hands down. Im not big on cases because I feel they are too bulky. I prefer sleek and smooth. I purchase every flagship whether it's Samsung or iPhone and I always purchase this case the Caudabe Sheath. It's perfect ! Company provides excellent shipping and the presentation of the cases are always a nice plus ! Will be looking for either the 16 pro or 17 pro iPhone case real soon!

This case is simply better than any other case I have ever used for my phone, and I have tried several top rated name brands over the years. Also, I have always resisted lens protectors because I didn't want air bubbles etc., but the lens protector by Caudabe is literally crystal clear with no debris or bubbles. Tough products and outstanding customer support.

Love the case!! Just what I wanted. Had some issues getting my order delivered due to mistakenly leaving a typo in my address, and their wonderful support team sent me a new free case to make sure I could get one. Very punctual and gracious with email communication. Thank you!

The folks at Caudabe are simply awesome! I had an issue with my iPhone 16 Pro Sheath case. They replied to my email within 24 hrs, and replaced my case with a new one. They were polite and professional from start to finish. I’ve purchased Caudabe cases for my last two phones and I won’t even look at another brand when it’s time for the next one. Caudabe… classy through and through.

Can’t say enough about the customer service from Caudabe. I ordered 2 cases that were never received by the post office. After a quick check, Caudabe quickly sent out another set which were received a few days later. Kudos to Caudabe. I’ll be a repeat customer for a long time!

Just bought my second case, love the products. I have opted for the sheath both times, such a good case! Customer service is also excellent from their team. Highly recommend Caudabe!
