The product is amazing and probably the best phone case I’ve ever used. But even better than that I made an error in order the wrong size and they were super easy to work with to replace it.

Incredible company that goes above and beyond to ensure your happiness. I’ve had one of my cases replaced by warranty twice without question. Tried many other cases and always come back to the chief. Probably always will.

I had a minor issue with a case and reached out to customer service. I did not expect too much since this was only a minor issue. However, the customer service rep went above and beyond to ensure that my concern was addressed and even offered a replacement case. Her service was truly exceptional and bodes well for Caudabe to have such a person working for them. Highly recommend Caudabe for their product and great customer service.

I purchased a Mous for my 16 pro max, which arrived defective. I assumed they would allow return and refund and I bought the Caudabe Sheath. Mous responded and said I could not get a refund but only a replacement. I reached out to Caudabe and explained. They said that fine I can just return the Sheath as it had shipped. I ended up keeping the Caudabe. It is so much slimmer and feels better in the hand by far. That combined with their customer service, there is NO WAY I’ll ever go back to Mous. Thanks Caudabe, a good product with great customer service will out do and competition.

I rarely leave reviews, but Caudabe truly deserves it. I had a small issue with my case and charger, but Caudabe’s customer service went above and beyond. I reached out and got fast, kind, and super professional help from both Liz and Sarah – huge thanks to both of you! All I had to do was cover the shipping cost, and they sent me brand new replacements. Everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The product quality is, as always, top-tier. Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It’s rare to see companies that still care like this. Top quality, top people. Respect.
