CaudabeReviews of caudabe.com

High quality product. Delivered in just 7 days from the day of purchase. Good communication with the customer support team. Feels so light in the hand. Happy with the product. It is expensive, but it’s worth it.

Liz in the customer service department was a joy to work with as she helped me procure a replacement for an item that had broken under warranty. Most companies are so horrible at this process intentionally to prevent the customer from receiving their replacement item, but not Caudabe and Liz. Thank you Liz.

Best case company on the market. Customer service goes above and beyond to help its customers. The cases speak for themselves. Don’t believe me? Look up any number of reviews on YouTube.

I'm absolutely delighted with the Sheath case for my S25 Ultra. It's far superior to the official Samsung case that I purchased. It offers fantastic protection and feels great, offering just the right amount of grip, whilst remaining slim and attractive. Great value for money and quick dispatch and delivery to the UK with great tracking. If you are undecided about purchasing one of these cases, I strongly recommend you go ahead. You won't be disappointed. 10/10.

I have tried about 15 different cases for my iPhone 16 pro and finally landed on the Caudabe Sheath. Not going to lie, it took a few days to get used to the grippy texture. The fit is perfect, the look amazing, the camera control button flawless, and the clover green buttons added to the black case look beautiful. Now that I’m used to the grippy feel, I get all the hype around the sheath. Give it a shot.

I love the products that this company has but the customer support is even better. Sure, you may have to email them first but they are always courteous, timely, and empathetic. They make you feel good about your purchases which makes you want to come back and buy more.

I ordered an iPhone case so ordered one from Claudabe. I also ordered ones from other stores and decided I liked another one best. So I needed to return this one. I had absolutely no problem returning this. In fact, Claudabe sent me a return shipping label and then advised me that my refund had been made. Very efficient no-trouble returns. Thanks, Claudabe

Exceptional customer support and experience.
