Ordered my case 3 weeks ago it showed as in stock. Nothing for 10 days so thought I would follow up. They said oh yes sorry we don’t have that you’ll need to wait if you want that colour. I said that’s a bit rubbish weren’t you going to tell me? They said sorry you’ll get it next week. It’s now the week after next week. I don’t have it and they haven’t answered my email asking where it is. They can do much better than this I’m sure.

Disastrous International Shipping & Robotic Support - Avoid
I ordered a Sheath case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max on February 14th. It is now March 10th, and I am still without my order and, more importantly, without any real information.
The tracking has been completely frozen since February 21st (last seen in Detroit, USA). That is 17 days without a single update. When I reached out to customer support, I was met with nothing but generic, "copy-paste" template replies telling me to "be patient" and to "check with my local post office."
I followed their advice and contacted the French Post (La Poste), who formally confirmed they have no record of this package and that it is the sender’s responsibility to launch an investigation. Despite relaying this to Caudabe, they refuse to take accountability for what is clearly a lost package.
It is scandalous to leave a customer in the dark for nearly three weeks while holding their money. If you are an international customer, be warned: their logistics are unreliable and their "support" is just a series of automated excuses.
I have requested a full refund and will never order from them again. Order #TK03B86658680HG35E
Response from CaudabeMar 10, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry the delivery process has been frustrating.
According to the tracking information, your package departed the United States and entered international transit. During this stage, tracking updates can pause while the shipment moves through customs and is transferred to the local carrier.
Our support team has reviewed your case and has now processed the refund you requested for the order.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to [email protected], and our team will be happy to assist.

Misleading billing and disappointing product quality
I had a disappointing experience with Caudabe.
First, the billing documentation was problematic. The PDF “invoice” they sent was missing basic seller billing details, and the amounts were listed in USD even though the checkout and payment were clearly in EUR. This creates unnecessary complications for accounting and makes the document look incomplete and inconsistent with the actual transaction.
Second, the product quality does not match the premium image the brand tries to project. The case feels like very cheap plastic and seems prone to cracking much sooner than expected. Overall, the materials feel low-quality and “cheap,” despite the fact that the product is nicely branded, marketed, and packaged.
In short, the branding and presentation are polished, but the documentation and the actual product quality do not live up to the expectations set by the brand or the price.
Response from CaudabeMar 10, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
Regarding the billing document, the PDF we provide is an order invoice that reflects the details captured by our system at the time of purchase. Because our company is based in the United States, invoices are generated in USD by default even when checkout is completed in another currency.
On the product side, our cases are designed to prioritize durability and impact absorption rather than rigid construction. The material used in many of our cases is intentionally flexible so it can absorb and disperse impact energy during drops. While the feel may differ from harder plastic cases, the design is focused on long-term protection and everyday usability.
If the case you received isn’t the right fit for what you’re looking for, our team would be happy to help with a return or exchange and assist you in finding the option that best suits your needs. Please feel free to reach out to our support team at [email protected], and they’ll be glad to help.

Don’t buy from this company
I ordered a cover for my iPhone 17 pro two weeks ago and haven’ received it yet. For the past week, the status in the tracking system has been unchanged being that it has left China. And yes it is produced in China. The package has allegedly been on it's way for two and a half weeks and is not even in the possession of the local distributor yet.
When Costumer Service answers me, They are polite, but they Are not answering my questions and now they just stopped answering at all.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand delays like this can be frustrating.
Your order did indeed ship from our Shenzhen warehouse. We’re a US company, and we operate out of warehouses in Cincinnati, Toronto, Middlesbrough (UK), and Shenzhen. Each warehouse serves different regions so we can deliver products more efficiently depending on inventory availability and destination.
Based on the tracking information, your package has already departed China and is currently in the international transit and customs stage. Tracking updates can pause during this portion of the journey until the shipment is processed and handed off to the local carrier.
Our support team has been monitoring the shipment and recently provided you with the latest update available from the carrier. If you need anything further, please feel free to reach out to [email protected], and our team will be happy to assist.

Arrogant Excuses, No Shipment After a Week, Pretentious Attitude – Total Waste
I almost never buy from Facebook/Instagram ads, but I clicked on one from Caudabe and bought their "Sheath" iPhone 17 Pro case in Celestial Blue for $52 (ended up $60 after they upsold the loose-feeling "buttons" for "free shipping"). Big mistake.
Ordered exactly one week ago. Not only have they not shipped the case, they haven’t even packaged it. Zero tracking number, zero movement. Their response? A condescending email blaming "major winter storm" and saying it "should ship within a week" (meaning potentially two weeks total from order date). Then another auto-reply telling me to stop replying multiple times because it "delays" them.
Let’s get this straight:
They took my $60 instantly.
No disclaimer in the ad about weather delays or "high demand" excuses.
Ground Advantage takes 7 business days after shipping. If they haven’t packed it yet (they haven’t), we’re already looking at the third calendar week before anything even moves.
Instead of owning the delay, communicating proactively, or offering anything (discount, expedited shipping, partial refund, anything), they act like waiting indefinitely is a privilege and like I should be grateful they’re "working extremely hard."
I run my own business. If I took a week to even pack an order and hadn’t given the customer a single update or tracking number, I would be bending over backwards to make it right—proactive apologies, compensation, constant communication. These people? Pure arrogance. "Thank you for your patience :)" while giving zero reason to be patient.
There are literally dozens of solid iPhone cases on Amazon for $15–25 that ship same-day or next-day. I was trying to support an independent brand because I’m independent myself. Never again. They took my money, hit me with nothing but lame excuses, and talked down to me like I’m supposed to wait forever or shut up.
I don’t need their caseI have plenty. What I want is either my product now or my money back immediately. Their 30-day return policy means nothing if they can’t even ship in 30 days.
1 star. Pretentious, slow, excuse-filled, and insulting customer service. Avoid Caudabe. Buy from literally anywhere else.
I phone cases are a dime or dozen.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry this situation was frustrating.
The delay our support team communicated was caused by a major winter storm that required a temporary office closure and also impacted carrier operations, which led to delayed shipments.
On February 1st, our support team offered to cancel your order and issue a full refund, but we did not receive a response to that message. Your order has since shipped, and your tracking information has been sent via email.
We appreciate your patience while this was resolved, and our support team is always available if you need any further assistance.

My first experience of ordering with…
My first experience of ordering with Caudabe is a pretty poor one. Let me be clear, this is not a review of their products, this is me reviewing their customer service. As an online retailer myself, I know excellent when I see it.
Caudabe is shabby at best.
My review is based on their lack of shipping of my order and their lack of ownership of estimating when my order will ship.
I queried why the Caudabe order my wife placed was already in the post whilst the order I placed the day before hers, had no update at all.
I expected a response about stock issues and when I was likely to see my case. This brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max needs to be covered and I was keen to find out when that would happen.
However, the response I received was, "Due to unprecedented demand" a phrase you will see on lots of reviews of Caudabe, it is taking longer than usual to ship out orders............No it isn't, they have already posted my wife's order that was placed after mine. She has a delivery window today from Royal Mail, so the problem is not how busy they are.
This is pure flannel, but there is more. Caudabe said, "Your order is preparing for shipment and should be preparing for shipment very soon". Fast forward 24hrs and there is no sign of the "very soon" to be shipped notification.
Let me be clear here, you get a notification of shipment automatically, from the carrier, the moment a label is created.
So nothing is being prepared.... actually Caudabe, explain to me what preparing to be shipped means?
When I ship items, I print the label and then box it. It is then collected soon afterwards by the carrier.
Your orders are handled by TFE here in the North East of England and so this whole suggestion that you are working very hard to get orders out is total nonsense. This is a stock issue with your distribution partner.
I ordered a screen protector from FLOLAB on the same day. That came all the way from China and it is here already. No nonsense, updates all the way.
All of this nonsense is pure flannel and you are treating your customers like fools.
You finish the email by thanking me for my patience, which is just another way of saying, "be patient" and we will ship the item when we have stock. Clearly they don't.
At no point in the email was their an apology or an explanation why my wife's order is days ahead of mine, despite ordering after me.
This is a lesson on managing expectation. If I knew how long the order was going to take at the point of sale, I would have probably bought the case that was in stock. This is now Christmas Eve and so there will be no movement until at least the week beginning the 29th of December, then there will be 2-3 days delivery.
I am sorry Caudabe, I need to buy from Amazon, because your service is garbage. I have read a fair amount of reviews saying the same this morning.
I have now requested a cancellation of the order, but you can bet they won't see that before they print the label for the delivery they don't seem to care about, because they are "working extremely hard".
I am a one man business, that has been working non-stop for most of this month. All my customers have had their deliveries, most of which were "next day".
To anybody that is reading this, please don't accept this kind of service from any company, there are absolutely no excuses for them to not be transparent with their stock levels or their anticipated delivery schedules.
This was my first and last attempt to buy a Caudabe product. I know nonsense when I see it.
Response from CaudabeDec 27, 2025
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the communication around your order and for the confusion this situation created.
The difference in fulfillment timing was due to inventory availability in our UK warehouse for the item you purchased. Orders are processed based on a combination of product, color, and batch availability, which can result in one order moving forward while another is temporarily held, even if it was placed earlier. That said, this was not clearly explained in our initial response, and we understand why the situation felt contradictory.
Our support team has since followed up directly, issued a partial refund for your wife’s order, and provided a personal discount code for future use. While that does not undo the experience, it was important for us to acknowledge the miscommunication and take responsibility where appropriate.
We appreciate the feedback around expectation-setting and clarity. This is an area we continue to refine, particularly during periods of high demand, and your review has been shared internally.

Special order by turtle back mail.
I don’t even care if the case is good, ordered on Sunday 7th for 48hr tracked. It’s now mid afternoon on Friday 12th and still waiting.
Response from CaudabeDec 15, 2025
Hi James,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We completely understand how important delivery timing can be, especially when you’re looking forward to receiving your order.
We just wanted to offer a bit of clarity in case it helps. Our fulfillment office and shipping carriers don’t operate on Sundays, and in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once fulfilled, standard shipping takes approximately 2–4 business days, as outlined in the shipping estimates on our website here. Your order was placed on Sunday and fulfilled the following business day, which falls within that processing window. According to the carrier’s tracking information, it was delivered last Friday. Given this information, it appears your order was delivered on time within the 4-business-day estimate we provided.
We’re sorry for any confusion around the timing and hope this helps clear things up. If you have any questions or would like us to look into anything further, our support team is always happy to help at [email protected]. We appreciate you reaching out and sharing your feedback.

FYI for anyone considering getting…
FYI for anyone considering getting their clear case and wondering how this company’s business practices. I saw someone who really liked Caudable on Reddit and bought a case. But this thing broke on the first slip out of my pocket when I squatted down outdoors. Never ever had a case like this and I realized it’s not designed with any absorption. There is also not enough of a raised lip protecting the front screen, so the screen protector on two corners of my phone also cracked. But what’s even more interesting is that when I went on their Reddit to see if any other users had this issue and any planned design improvements I found 0 original posts on that and multiple comments from other users saying their feedback post got deleted. I tried making my own post and guess what, deleted as well. Well Caudable, let’s see how far your censorship powers reach.
Response from CaudabeNov 10, 2025
Hi Eve,
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We’ve also reached out separately to help resolve this for you. It sounds like you purchased our Lucid Clear case. As with all of our products, it’s covered by a two-year warranty. If your case was damaged or didn’t meet expectations, we’ll gladly replace it or exchange it for another model.
There reason there isn't much discussion online about Lucid Clear is simply because it was discontinued about two years ago and wasn’t among our higher-volume products. That’s why there are fewer owners and, naturally, way fewer posts about it.
As for Reddit, we want to address that directly. We do not remove posts or comments simply because they’re negative. You’ll see plenty of critical and constructive posts and comments on our subreddit. Trying to suppress negative comments in 2025 would be pointless. The internet’s far too big for that. Our subreddit is a place for open discussion about our products, good AND bad. What we do moderate are posts that violate basic community guidelines: for example, those containing personal order details, duplicate posts flooding the feed, or comments that are disrespectful or harassing toward others. These rules aren’t unique to us. They’re standard across Reddit communities.
The situation you’re referencing likely relates to our iPhone 17 launch earlier this year, which saw the largest spike in demand in our company’s 13-year history. That surge temporarily stretched our operations and understandably led to frustration from customers waiting on preorders. During that time, some subreddit posts broke our posting rules, and those were the ones moderated or removed. But open, honest feedback, even when negative, has always been welcome and remains visible on our subreddit.
We’ve spent over a decade building Caudabe by focusing on craftsmanship and exceptional customer care. The past few months have been challenging, but our team has made enormous strides in improving both fulfillment and support, and we’re proud to see how much positive feedback has followed as customers have been receiving their orders.
Hopefully that sheds some light into what you may have seen. The most important thing, though, is that we will absolutely take care of you and your order, so please do reach out to our customer support team to get that process started.
