Amazing case. Protects the phone, the texture is durable and tactile and the button functions are flawless. The custom color buttons are super cool and make the case stand out from anything else on the market. My previous brand I was loyal to went out of business and Caudabe makes me feel like I have a case that protects my phone and stands out from the crowd. You’ve easily won me over with your quality and aesthetics. I also had a service issue I created, the support team responded and corrected my goof up extremely quickly!

I've been a loyal supporter of Caudabe since iPhone XS Max, since then I've never once considered any other case. Every change of my iPhone definitely comes with a Caudabe case, at times, the case arrived earlier than the phone itself haha. Tip top product + tip top after sales services. Been a human for over 40 years, I've never really wanted to write a review on customer services and/or after sales services. If you thought Hai Di Lao has top services, then trust me, Caudabe will change your mindset. They are so well-trained and so services-oriented that at times, I even felt a little embarrassed asking for warranty. Way to go Caudabe! You're definitely a leading example in the case industry!

I have always loved these cases from Caudabe. I received one with a small defect and their customer service made it right. The replacement is perfect and my favorite case.

I messed up my order address and emailed them to fix it, they got back to me at 9pm on a Saturday and fixed it immediately. Great support team

This company is swift to fix any issues and has amazing quality control with their A1 products. I cannot recommend them enough. They replaced my defective case with a new color way and let me keep the old case. Absolutely love this. Keep doing what you’re doing Caudabe!

Got to write a glowing review for this company and its cases. The Sheath for iPhone 17 Pro Max is superb - only case I have found that offers the level of protection I want for the phone AND MagSafe. Great to look at, as well! Also got to give a shout out to customer service: I ordered the wrong case online, realised my mistake and emailed the company. Got a response within 15 minutes telling me the order had been corrected and they sent the right case.
