I love Caudabe cases, the Sheath in particular, its very grippy and minimal, also the option to have full camera coverage is a plus. I had a problem with a screen protector and I received excellent support. My issue was handled quickly and professionally, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I’m very satisfied with the service and appreciate the prompt assistance. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a Caudabe customer for a few years now (started with a Sheath on my iPhone 13 Pro Max that held up great), and I recently ordered a Paragon for my 16 Pro Max plus a Mezzo for my AirPods Pro. The Paragon feels fantastic in the hand—I really like the smooth texture better than the more textured Sheath. It’s slim, well-designed, and functional. My only issue was that the lighter Moonstone color showed scratches on the back pretty quickly after normal use. I reached out, sent photos and a short video, and Jane on the support team was excellent. She was helpful, responsive, and offered to send a free replacement. I went with the black (Midnight) Paragon so scratches won’t show as much, and they’re shipping it out at no charge. Customer service has been top-notch throughout. They actually listen, offer real solutions, and make it easy. The products themselves are thoughtfully designed and feel premium. I’ll keep coming back.

I had Sheath before and now using Paragon Precise, both amazing cases with excellent quality and premium design! One of the best cases out there for sure!
