CaudabeReviews of caudabe.com

I've had a number of different products from Caudabe-charger cords, power blocks and multiple cases. All the products are excellent! I did just have a problem with a charge cord and they took care of it immediately. Anytime I've ever had a question, they've responded very quickly and professionally. I'll continue to buy Caudabe products because the products are great, but the company standing behind their goods is big part too.

While not having a dedicated return/exchange portal wasn’t ideal, customer service settled my issue satisfactorily.

Probably one if not the best and easiest customer service to work with. They are quick to respond to inquiries, they address the issue and make you feel heard. Shout out to Sarah who helped me every step of the way. Will definitely buy from this company again.

Really helpful - I ordered grey sheath instead of blue and although super busy and 8pm Jane in Customer Service changed my order over. Despatched next day just waiting for it to arrive. If the case is half as good as the customer service I'll be a happy bunny!

AMAZING customer service! Their cases are top notch, best of the best, premium minimalist cases! But all that is nothing without a GREAT customer service. And Caudabe has superb customer service, 10/10. 🙌🏽 Thank you, Caudabe!

Today I received my case for the Samsung S25 Ultra, and it was a real thrill. It’s a superb product, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. The designers paid attention to every little thing—the cutouts for each camera are very precise and neat, the opening for the flash is extremely precise and neat, nothing sticks out anywhere, the buttons are very responsive, and everything is super sleek and crisp. Before this, I had an S24 Ultra and used a Pitaca case, and I want to say that it falls far short of the Caudabe case, even though it costs $80—which is $30 more than the Caudabe. Inside the case is a pleasant velvety lining that protects the phone’s body from any scuffs against the case itself. The MagSafe is high-quality and attaches perfectly to the magnet. The case’s surface feels great, and the phone fits snugly inside, with excellent protection around the screen thanks to the precise raised edges. It’s a very high-quality product for $48.

I bought this case on a whim from ads and I don't regret it. I've dropped my iPhone at least 30 times in the past year and my phone is still running good with no cracks. I don't think I need a screen protector either, those things just crack even at the slightest drop. The Caudabe is tried and true with me. I'll be life long customer for sure.

The phone cases are quality products, but are too slippery for my liking. What caught my attention was the customer service from Caudabe Support Team. They made the refund hassle-free and seamless. Top-notch. Will continue to support Caudabe in future.
