Fantastic Company with outstanding products and awesome customer service. Suggested making the Viel for iphone with precision camera cutouts and they replied back stating they would pass the idea along as there were no current plans. They are always responsive!

Jane at HQ helped enormously when I screwed up the delivery window and wasn’t able to collect the case on time, and before leaving for Australia. She refunded the purchase price, freeing me up to spend it on a case sourced in Aus. Can’t yet comment on the quality of the product but I’m looking forward to it after the incredible customer service. Thank you, Jane!

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. No nonsense, just a genuine desire to help. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Their products and services are top notch!

Quality cases for cell phones. Great customer service

Great support; sent me an screen protector free of charge for issue.

Great Customer service. haven't even gotten the product and I am already satisfied.

Excellent products and great customer support. Would recommend product to everyone

Excellent service. Fast, polite, and offered useful options for returning the incorrect case. I live in Canada, so returning to the US isn't usually worth the cost of shipping. But the support agent offered a refund if I cut up the old case and included a video with the current date. I really, really appreciate this and am very happy with how it turned out.
