The guys at caudabe go above and beyond for their customers also you can not beat the quality I have tried many other companies and they don't even come close outstanding customer service high quality products what more can one ask for keep up the good work caudabe forever loyal customer 😁

The best customer experience I’ve ever had. They listen, understand and do. Always get things right ! Oh, and their cases are the top tier, buy one or two every year

I have found Caudabe's products & customer service to be top-notch! Quality cases, and customer service was very cordial, very professional! I get compliments & double-takes from folks admiring my case, the Eucalyptus with green buttons! When I had a minor problem w/my case, Caudabe honored the warranty with a replacement! It was easy peasy! And their wide range of colors is sure to please! Check them out! You won't regret it!

I have used a Caudabe Sheath case for my iPhone 13 Pro for the past two years. This case has been very durable, and I can rely on it to protect my phone. Additionally, Caudabe’s customer service is superb; the agent I worked with for a warranty replacement was fantastic, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely recommend Caudabe’s products to my friends and family.

Amazing customer service.

This is my second phone case I have bought through them. The first for an iPhone 13 now for a samsung s26 ultra. My previous phone i used an otter box but it eventually fell apart on me. The Caudabe is simple, effective and durable. Ita my go to brand now. I did get a screen protector as well and it had a weird little grain on it so I contacted them and they responded within minutes and sent a new one. I will always buy their case and would maybe review it, but their extraordinary customer service is why I am compelled to leave a review. Five stars

I have been buying caudabe cases since the iphone 6. The quality is amazing and has been consistent over the years and their customer support team is great. I had an issue with a case i purchase for the iphone 17 pro max, but Sarah dealt with issue quickly and efficiently.

Absolutely the best support I have received from any company, by a mile! No quibble replacement under guarantee with fast friendly approach. The case itself is great, but the level of service is the cherry on the cake. Deserves an award, and I am a very hard person to please.
