My wife and I bought cases for our iPhone 17 Pro Max's and found them to be exceptional! (Paragon and Sheath). Beautiful, strong, and protective. Tactile feel satisfying and button responsiveness precise. Crystal Shield also fantastic. Had one customer service need and their response could not have been better.

I sent an email to customer support explaining I accidentally sent my case to the wrong address and provided them with the correct address. They responded within an hour and advised me they took care of the situation. Hands down the best customer service that I have ever received!

Love my case!

Fantastic customer service after the sale. Their products are great, but it matters most when there is an issue. We had a screen protector crack and invoked the warranty. All they needed was a video with today's date on a handwritten note along with the issue. They said no problem and all we have to pay is shipping. They made it very simple and straightforward.

I have been using Caudabe to cover my iPhones since forever. Their product and their customer service is top-notch. I had a sheath that warped at the top and Support was very quick to respond. All my best and continue the great work.

First of all their exceptional line of high quality products and on top of that amazing customer centric service. Way back in April 2026, I screwed up the screen protector installation for my iPhone 17 and requested for a replacement. They honored my request and sent me new one from across the globe. Last week, I ordered a Sheath phone case for my 3 year old Samsung S23 ultra. But the phone died few hours after the order was made. I had to stop the initiation of the shipment and finally requested for a refund as the phone cannot be used any longer due to motherboard failure. They genuinely refunded my money back, considering my situation. Kudos to the whole team
