I am so delighted with this product line for my senior kitty of 15 yrs! The website is easy to navigate and I find it well organized. Customer service is hands on and I appreciate the attentions To helping each customers needs! It is refreshing for me to see a new company do so well in it start up congratulations !!!I have referred you to my friends and family.

My cat liked the food initially, for a few days but then unfortunately stopped. I emailed the company to return the product and had great customer service. I was impressed as well by getting an email shortly after ordering from the owner giving instructions on how to slowly introduce the new food. The packaging was fantastic, there were also instructions included on how to introduce the food. It seems like a great company and I really wish my cat would have continued to enjoy the food. I was particularly looking for a duck food and that's how I ran into Cat Person. Unfortunately, my cat is only able to eat duck at this time so I was not able to try another flavor. If she would have been able to eat other food, I definitely would have tried other flavors.

My senior cat loves your wet food; had to change the quantity & move up the auto delivery date. We use the dry food for treats for our kittens to lure them away from our senior cat so that she can eat in peace. Love that you are a small business delivering very high quality food. And everything is recyclable. The kittens had the sphere out of the starter box toy in no time at all! In our starter box we had 1 container that leaked and you gave us a prompt refund.

Definitely love the presentation and quality of the products and food that I got for my Trixie! There's no doubt she loves the food I ordered, even with just the start up kit, she has enjoyed every bit of it. I have my first meal plan shipment coming in for my fur baby next week and I'm super excited for her to try out the new flavors of her seafood and duck recipes! It took my baby a little to enjoy the dry food, but once I started to mix the wet with the dry food she will gladly eat the dry food alone! Definitely gonna keep ordering from them! Just glad they lived up to their reviews!

In transitioning my cat to the dry food, I put half of the new Cat Person food in a bowl with her old food making sure that they were separated. I came back a few hours later to find that my cat had put all of her old food on the floor and had eaten all of the new food! A sure sign that she loves it!! She also loves all of the seafood shreds and treats but won't touch the chicken wet food.

They ship on time and the food gets to my house fast. My cat is overweight and I’m hoping with meals that are good foe him will help in the weigh loss. He loves the food, and I appreciate that it’s better for him.
