I have been feeding my cat the Chicken and Turkey dry food solely for over a year. My cat has a very sensitive stomach and per my vet has to stay on a consistent diet or else she gets very sick and will refuse to eat for days leading to liver concerns. Since being on CatPerson, she hasn't gotten sick once. I buy 4-5 bags at a time to get free shipping. On the cons side, shipping does take a long time and the packaging is bulky. I will also say my cats coat and skin have not improved on this food and have maybe even gotten worse. Overall, however, this food keeps my cat healthy and assists with her tummy issues.

I have a senior kitty who has had sensitive belly issues for her whole life. They have gone away completely with Cat Person food. (We use the pate; the shreds didn't seem substantial enough for my gang.) My older girl and younger cats love the food. No more throwing up or stinky litter boxes. The company would benefit from more attention on the business side. For instance, if someone is on a meal plan (as we are) it would make sense that the food ships to keep our cat food stock on track, not to keep on a set shipping schedule. Also, I received an email that my subscription did not go out as planned because there was a problem with my credit card, even though it was the same card used for prior shipments, and the system had no problem taking the same card information when I reentered it. You've got good stuff to sell. Don't risk losing customers by having less than adequate business practices. (p.s. Why can't we buy it in stores?)

Update: I was contacted by customer support within an hour of publishing the 1 star review here. They were helpful and resolved my issue. It’s too bad that there isn’t an easier way to get to them. The food is great, btw. Both of my cats live it. Its impossible to get in touch with them regarding any customer service issue. I sent an email and a text message regarding my stolen package 2 days ago, and did not hear back from them.

Thought Dano was going to go for it. He liked only the chicken. Going to try the dry food. He really loves delectable eats it all. I must say his coat is shinier and the shedding has all but stopped.

Great website and easy to order cat food from here. I like that this company has a focus on only good ingredients and my cats love the shreds wet food. The only negative I would have is that the food containers do not have lids that fit them, which is a bummer. But overall I continue to love their products and purchase it every month for my fur babies.

I ordered and enjoyed the ''Cat Person'' introductory package containing wet and dry food and serving spoons and covers. The packaging is aesthetically pleasing and charming. The sturdy cardboard box itself can be literally turned into a play house for your cats. Unfortunately, my cats were not so impressed, but that is do to the fact that they are spoiled and has nothing to do with the quality, or presentation of products. I will confer with my cats to decide upon future purchases.

We have two cats, one will eat anything but the other is super picky. The picky one would graze over other wet food we tried and would never eat his meal in one feeding. But this changed with Cat Person. He clearly loves meal times so much more, he eats it all in one sitting and always looks super satisfied after. The cat who will eat anything clearly loves Cat Person more too. (We stick to the shreds because the pickier still won't eat pate.) We also find their coats to feel even softer after switching to Cat Person and I do think their poop is less smelly! The boxes that double as play areas are also a hit. The one hiccup so far has been delivery which always takes a little longer (and isn't ideal when you are working with a picky cat), so I would suggest putting in the order earlier than suggested or once you work out which flavours your cat likes, order backup.
