The book was delivered in good…
The book was delivered in good condition, however, the book was shipped from Pittsburgh; which is a six hour drive. The book took five days to get to my house. First they shipped it south to the Columbus Ohio area, then it was shipped to the Toledo area then eventually shipped to Grand Rapids and then it went out for local delivery. I can’t see how this is cheaper! I would look at a different carrier! I am now enjoying the book!

Thanks for your feedback! I took a look at the tracking details on your order, and it appears that the package was misrouted by the USPS, which added some extra processing time. However, I'm happy to see that despite that, your book still arrived within the promised timeframe for the economy shipping service you selected. (Though as you noted, 5 days is out of the ordinary for a shipment from PA to MI.)

Thank you received my merchandise today 1-18-22. Once I let you know my issues they were resolved quickly and respectfully.
To date 1/13/2022, have not received merchandise. Ups does not have tracking number you provided. Please issue a credit to my credit card or a refund.
