Well I never received an order number or tracking number. Order placed December 12. No information given. Said it will arrive in 4-8 days. I don’t have any information about it shipping. Todays date is December 17, 2023. Will it be here by December 20, 2023?

Linda, we're sorry to hear that you had an issue with your order! I only see one order you've placed with us, on December 4, that was delivered on December 9. We've reached out to see if we can assist.

Hi Terri, we're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience ordering an out-of-stock book. We provide detailed information about backorders on our website (https://catholicbooksdirect.com/pages/backorder-policy) and are always happy to answer your questions via phone or email. Unfortunately, when a book is backordered, we rarely have any information to share until the book returns to stock, at which point it is immediately shipped to you. Prior to that, unless we learn of an unexpected delay, there are rarely any "updates" that we can pass along.

Peoples Prayer Book Review
I love the prayer book and will be giving four of them as Christmas presents. The process of ordering the books and receiving them in the mail was very easy, even though they were back ordered so it took a little longer. I am totally satisfied.
